My interpretation of an early wooden Queen Anne doll!
She has a wooden body, wooden jointed legs ( lower wooden arms, upper are cloth.)
Face is of paper clay over wood with glass eyes.
Wavy wool hair wig attached to her head and topped with mob cap.
Painted, aged and sealed to give the appearance of an antique doll that has been well loved for generations!
Dressed in clothing made of antique fabrics .
A tiny printed pocket ties around her waist.
Tiny silk slippers and woolen stockings adorn her feet.
All clothing is removable.
