Doll Doodling!

I love to draw, especially faces, and thought I would try to incorporate this a bit more into my dolls. Here is my latest experiment. She is completely drawn in artist's pencils with just the teensiest bit of needle sculpting. This is not an easy task where the hair is concerned! I might have to add a bit of paint to it? Back to the lab & thanks for stopping by!!!!! Have a great weekend too!

she is lovely. which pencils do you use? I have been trying to use pencils but found them too hard. I tried pastels but they catch my throat.

Nancy - I love this doll. This really shows YOU in the face, IMO. Like I could try and do a face like that, but it wouldn't look like it, y'know?

The shoes are great, too!

There is something very special about this face...seems like she's got a working brain behind it! She looks very clever, besides being pretty... :)
